Hi Adam! Are you possibly trying to copy all the columns you want in one step? Unless you use the brute force approach, you can't because the column you want aren't next to each other. You'll have to copy each column as a separate step. So for example, to copy column A from sheet 1 to sheet2

Hi Zoe! Sounds like you have a corrupted Amazon Assistant install. What I'd recommend is to reinstall the assistant, then try uninstalling it. The theory here is that the reinstall will repair the installation, so that you can successfuly uninstall it. Here is a link to the Amazon Assistant
