An update for J16 is available:
32 Bit:
yes there is, however AVG always prompts you to upgrade to the paid version
after using the free version awhile, there is no way to turn that off.

there are many ways such as insert+f4 which has been mentioned or the
windows command alt+f4
also I am just changing the subject line so it more refers to what is being
