What would you think of a solution where you would have :
- a class representing your set of items
- a bean that would contain a vector of objects of this new class
On the first page, you initialize your bean. Then page after a page, you add an
element to your vector.

location.href = "myurl.jsp?var=value";
I can retrieve it on the myurl.jsp with request.getParameter,
u can try retrieving:
location.search
once you are at teh requested page
this will give you any query information in the URL, including the question mark
(?).
