Ill, ask the obvious! The usual reason for the red cross in a little box is that the program cannot find the pictures. You haven't moved or renamed them have you? If they were on disc you will need the disc in. If they were used in the Legacy program eg (Family View) are they still there? Ron

In a typical British manner there is no standard way. In the case of Argyll both are correct, personally I use the latter, as I would with Gloucester. BTW Argyllshire no longer exists and since 1975 has ben split between the Highland and Strathclyde Regions. Note that some counties such as

I have been using this system for about 9 years, many years before it came onto the market. I have been using hanging files instead of the notebooks for the MRINs and regular files for the unmarried children placed inside their parents MRIN. I also use colored files, one for each of my four lines.
