Walt, They should not be entered twice. You should use an Alternate Name to indicate the birth name of the individual with the adopted name they grew up with as the main name. Then Legacy will know they are the same person and so will you or anyone to whom you send your research. Brian Custo

Just a suggestion. It's ridiculous to have to edit stuff INTO your reports - but a fairly simple matter to edit it out. You are creating your reports in rtf format and they open in your word processor, and then converting to PDF files, right? (You need a pdf converter to convert an rtf file
