On the face of it, I don' think so. One can produce a Location Report
(ReportsBooks/OthersLocations) in which events can be included for each
person, but I suspect this is not what you are looking for. However, please
have a look at it and come back and expain why it is not suitable.

I enter Carson City, NV in the Location field and click on tthe little

It comes up with Carson City, Carson City (city), Nevada, USA.

I know the web site was already posted, but in addition, remember that you
will also need your registration number to unlock the deluxe version. If you
do not have it recorded you will need to contact Legacy.
BTW, the Legacy web site could have been located in a Google search faster

Version 7 is issued. I (and others) have reported a problem with an

Hi Kay
The issue appears to be fixed, I am using the latest build (November 6). You
may need to think about upgrading after all:-)

I don't plan on publishing anything for awhile - likely after Version 7
comes out - so probably will not upgrade before then. I just want to ensure
that the issue is fixed (or has been fixed).
I appreciate your feedback.

Kay,
Using the most recent build of Legacy 6.0.0.168, I just created a test
source and entered your example in the Source Detail exactly as you showed
in your example and the output does not include a period. The output is
exactly the way I inputted the data.
Same with entering that line in

I think the answer is easier than the question. If you don't know a
first name or last name, use the word unknown. Instant place-holder.

Hi John,
To add Bob you need to add either parent. I'd add with given name
[[mother of Judy and Bob]]
The double square brackets mean that it doesn't print unless you
choose to print Private.
I don't like putting Unknown by itself. You could put

there any particular reason why the published list of changes CANNOT be

I would think this would require little extra effort now that the developers
have their new system for tracking bugs

Honestly, as a computer software developer (not for Legacy), It is
pretty much unheard of to list every single change that has gone into
a release - especially something like a single period being printed
where it should not. In any software program, for each release, there

Fascinating
When the official citation is long, I just highlight it and copy the
information into the publication field, then enter the rest manually, or I
might do some selective highlighting and copying.

I copy it into WordPerfect and choose PasteSpecial, and then Unformatted
text which automatically removes the dross, as you say.
