Those are files that are purposely created BY Legacy and you shouldn't mess with them unless for some reason you intended or intend to delete the corresponding family file (the .fdb of the same name). They are tiny in size so there is absolutely no reason to worry about them. Someone else will

This should work - BUT only if you actually INSTALL the program on the new machine. You could then simply copy the files and replace the ones put there by the INSTALL. You must install on the new machine to get the registry, etc up-to-date. Be sure both are the same version of the program (what
