Under Family view, go to the individual that you had previously
attached the source to.
In with the icons below their name and data there should be one that
looks like a stack of books -- and if you hold your mouse over it should
say Show list of Assigned Sources.

Administrative County: Lancaster
Civil Parish of Chatburn
Ecclesiastical Parish of Christ Church Chatburn.
