Elizabeth, I create a Cemetery event for each deceased person and list the location of the cemetery, directions on how to find the grave along with latitude & longitude coordinates. I then do a search for cemetery events and get a detailed report similar to what you're looking for. Hope this help

Hugh, Fast stone screen capture does it quite nicely, but you must make sure that you click on the first name in the list so that you have focus on the list otherwise it won't capture the scrolling screen. You may want to try placing focus on the first name on the list and see if Snag-it will work
