Always do a backup before you delete, especially when the registry is
concerned. Just a FYI for later. There are some registry values that can
really mess up your computer if you aren't aware of what is being deleted

there is nothing wrong with HTML.
I have dial-up at home and DSL at work (with my laptop at both places) and
the HTML messages don't seem to make a difference to me in relation to
downloading messages through Outlook unless

Every time I check repair under file maintenance I get an error
code 3021 relating to to do jobs.
I looked on the Legacy web site for error codes but it wasn't readily
