I've never used the Publishing Center but once you get in there there's
only just so many tabs and other places to click on. Did you click on
them all? I just spent 15seconds in there and this is what I found.

Headers ( extremely large) and the vital statistics (tiny). Adjusting
the View makes _everything_ larger; by the time vital statistics are
readable, the Headers are ginormous!!

My experience with this has me believing that when I cut and paste to a
box of almost any type in Legacy, the data is pasted with the
characteristics from the original source. As pointed out, is is
rectified when saved.
