I believe that's under the new Search options. Try the 'Missing
Information' tab.

last two fields:
Equal To
and leave the last field blank - ie equal to "" (no quotes). This will not work
for Events but does work for the Vital records.

There are 3 entries that you can put for "what to look for". You can leave
it blank, you can enter " " or you can enter ""
Dave - Go to the Missing Information tab and click "Birth Date", Create
List, Tag. If this this a deluxe feature (can't remember), you can still
search the regular way by Individual>Birth Date> Equal> and then leave the
"what to search for" field blank.

for the years 1858 - 1946, you need to select the search after 1857 and
before 1947, else it will not select any deaths in 1858 nor those in
