There is a problem report recorded for that. It has been fixed and in the next update to Legacy 8 you will be able to use the second colour set or the first colour set and Legacy will use either the 4 or 8 colours depending on which you have set in Set Ancestor Colours. You will not be able to use

You should get the right click menu when you click on the name of the husband or wife - or anyone else on the Family view. Which version of Legacy do you have? is it completely updated? If you have v8, it should be 8.0.0.414 - if you don't have that build, please update. Another thing to try,

Right click brings up a context sensitive menu. Left click on a person in the parent position opens the edit screen whether you click on the name or on the details. Why right click and then have to click on edit? Legacy 8 has less dependence on right click menus than the past. Perhaps everyone
