If you look at Iomega site you can find drivers for windows,
but those will not work for dos, and you can find dos drivers for the Jaz
and Zip, but I do not see any

I think your out of luck.
With out a working hard drive, and limited to 3.5" floppies you just aren't
going to have room enough to load all the programs you would need.
