I believe your reference to a scare tactic is not accurate.

I don't know whether people are aware that when housing that is part of the

Hi everyone,
I bought a lovely hand-made butter keeper from Bill Stason. I’ve been wanting
one for ages. It will keep butter soft on the counter.
I also bought Origami earrings, gorgeous cards for all occasions, coasters with
exquisite photos of birds, and the colorful and beautiful Sudanese nap
Very helpful but is HCWG and Selects in agreement? Guess we'll find out on

Several recent posts have stated that the proposed E options would satisfy
the letter of the law. That is not correct. None of the E or D options

Ms. Glass expressed during the meeting this past week that the Selects had
received 100+ resident requests to include additional options to the vote.
Clearly, there is a strong resident outcry to present a range of options
beyond C and D1-D3. This is why the Selects have agreed to add an Option E.
I have not heard anybody on or off the list say that we should no comply
with HCA. The question is just how do we do that.

I hope recent comments lead to a discussion as to what is the right amount
of development for Lincoln right now. So far, I feel the argument has been
binary, assuming that someone either supports housing (to the max) or wants
absolutely zero development and is accused of being a NIMBY. Yet, at le
