Hi,
I was wondering whether anyone knows where to get suitable boot roms for
intel Pro/100+ adapters (they are of the PLCC variety). I need them so I can
get rid of booting from a floppy. I have looked around the intel site and
found part nos but web searches for these have not led to any stores s

I recently decided to attempt to setup LTSP for a project we are working on.
I installed a R.H 9.0 server, and followed all the documentation on setting
everything up. My first problem was that we run an NT domain here, and
needed to keep our DHCP server running on our NT server. In the e

Thanks Sudav for giving your time.

This is a know issue with 5.2.x versions of Etherboot. I committed a fix to the cvs
last week, but we have not yet released an updated version. That will probably occ
Hello to everyone,
new on the list, not so new with ltsp (using it since March 2003 in my
private network) I just found the first problem I can't solve by my self by
reading newsgroups, documentation etc.
My normal clients have all Realtek 8139 chipsets - and everything is working
fine. Last we

This local hard disk access thing has got me thinking about all sorts of
possibilities, so I reckon I've got to try this for myself.
I figure I've got to build an ltsp kernel with ide-disk support or at
least get hold of a loadable ide-disk.o module. Tried the list-archives

with boot-rom, now my vendor says they are PXE boot-roms, but when i insert
them in the slot, it doesn't boots, and doesn't asks to
