I have problems to change the Lyx-menu on german. I work with Knoppix
3.2 and Lyx 1.3.2. The code in the lyxrc-file is correct
(/default_language germna), i have change the language into lyx and i
have reconfigured it. What can i do?

I installed the Win32 qt LyX 1.3.2 and it is fast (compared to the cygwin
version 1.3.0).
I have a problem with on-screen images. png files are displayed, but jpg
and eps are not shown. I get the following error message displayed
instead of the images error converting to loadable format.
You probably need to make sure your LyX is compiled with JPEG support.
I used to have that problem all the time, aeons ago, when I was a
Linux/KDE 1.1 user (and when I used KLyX, RIP).
I'm not sure quite what the problem with previewing EPSes is related
to; possibly some kind of Postscript

document, the table does not appear. I export the whole file as LaTeX, and
when I compile the LaTeX document, the table does also not appear. Is there

two dots over it) in prosper with lyx is that you need to load the
package called times (for example) before fontenc. Apparently if you
don't do that you only get the cmr fonts (which don't include accents?)

to come out in landscape. when i select Layout-Document-Paper-
Landscape it cuts off most of the slide and prints it upside down.

Note that you have to write a lyx *.layout

i tried Lyx for Aqua and i really impressed ! Great job Ron !!!

But there i have one question. My lyx version under X11 has German
menus etc, the Aqua version does not. Is this a bug/feature or have
i to do something else to get German menus ?
