I had thought that I had apa6 working nicely (I think I was wrong) and decided
to have a go at comgining it with knitr.
I successfully embedded an inline statement, then created both a table and a
figure. (see attached file).
Both were running fine untill I updated R yesterday

I just updated to 1.6.7 from 1.6.6 and seem to have lost the ability out put in
dvi or ps format.
Downloaded the standard installation package for Windows and have an existing
MiXTeX installation.
I don't think I have a problem with Ghostscript etc since I can convert a pdf

Just click on the dvi or pdf icon or View > PDF should work. Or am I

I'm running the LyTex portable version of LyX 1.6.5 and I seem to be getting
the same results with an Article class document. I get the heading Contents
but nothing else untill the first paragraph of the text.
A quick change to Book class gives me what appears to be a Chapter heading

After much misreading and mistyping of pipe names I got LyZ to work but kept
getting compile errors. Much bad language later I realised that LyZ was
