The TiKZ and PGF Manual, which is bundled with the pgf packages, is
the message, check the tail end of Document LaTeX
Log in LyX and see if you can spot an error message or anything else that
might help pin down the culprit.
FWIW, I had no problem with your document (TeXLive/LyX 2.1.3/Linux Mint).

So, I guess I need to reinstall my LyX.
Does anyone else have any suggestion before I do so?
By the way, I am very interested in using tikz, since the
code is included in the LyX files.

The TiKZ and PGF Manual, which is bundled with the pgf packages, is
the message, check the tail end of Document LaTeX
Log in LyX and see if you can spot an error message or anything else that
might help pin down the culprit.
FWIW, I had no problem with your document (TeXLive/LyX 2.1.3/Linux Mint).
