You are of course correct, but, I found it annoying having to do the
tlmgr update manually, and the --self doesn't do anything when not
necessary, so that's what I have hardwired into

Sorry, on my Fedora 28 system the "Reply to" button on the Mail Archive
does not seem to work. I get a blank screen on both Chrome and
Firefox. I may well be doing something wrong...
