In lyx I have added the path
C:\Documents and Settings\Graham\lyx\.lyxpipe

Hi!
I use Jabref with Lyx, but I do not push citations into Lyx from Jabref
(so I cannot help you with that). I do not really see the usefulness of
doing that (but maybe it is useful for other people). Instead, I insert

Hello,
I would be grateful for any help on how to push citations from JabRef into LyX,
if that's possible. I'm using LyX 1.4.1 for Windows, and just installed JabRef

How do I create in Jabref
Más (M´as) so that it is accepted by Lyx?
I tired M{\´a}s

Alternatively, how do I create a deadkey for it? On my PC it works with

Just an aside, you might be interested to know that I have an RPM
version of JabRef that makes installation and general use a bit easier
on Fedora Core and other RPM-based distros. It's not hosted anywhere yet
but we are working on getting it into jpackage.org, see

The output of the article style in the References section
does not give me Capitals in the titel, except the first one. However, in
German references this is not tolerable. I am sure there is a way round in
jabref, but I dont know how to do that. Of

Within jabref there is also a button for pushing citations to Lyx
without doing anything in the open lyx document. You need to setup
directories properly. So open preferences in jabref and specify the path
to the Lyx pipe (in the external programs section). Mine is

Hi,
I installed JabRef a couple of days ago and have a simple problem: I
just cannot open my bibtex (.bib) file created and maintained with
KBiBTeX. Each time I try the following error message appears:
java.lang.NullPointerException

the problem lies in direct citing:
I always get a broken pipe: (users/danrosy/.lyx/.lyxpipe). is that
correct?
I use lyx.app, direct porting to osx

packages from the winworld (word, endnote).
I reported recently on a difficulty using the JabRefs push mechanism
(MacOSX-10.3.5, Lyx-1.3.4, JabRef 1.5) which

Forget all the above about "{" etc....
JabRef generated keys are recognised and loaded fine by Lyx, both on
linux and Mac OS X.
No need for putting a "-" in between. Sorry. I got all those

Using JabRef I managed to import a big database in txt format exported
as "Refer Export" from Endnote7. I had to use the JabRef 'Bibtex-key

Pybliographer).
Import in Lyx1.3.4 worked (after I got the Lyx-
