convinced for almost 2 years that Apple sees their job in terms of

voices have you tried selecting customise? Once there arrow down, , on my mac
book air I get a shed load of voices in dozens of languages or special effects,

Funny as the message you got from Apple on Logic is the same exact response I
have gotten for years from Apple about the awful accessibility of Numbers which
I now no longer use. I got blasted on this list for listing several issues with
mountain lion and voiceover when it came out.
Definitely agree, and I would hate to see them go the way of humanware, not
saying that they or Apple are bad companies, but both companies responses could
definitely be improved a bit.

Actually there's a quicker way. If you want to get to the inbox from the mail
has no windows just hit cmd 1. You can set up favorites for other folders up
to cmd 0.

After you open the message, have you tried doing a command-w to close it?

Hi all -
Still need instruction on how to save favourite links on a Mac. I can't seem to
select a link from a Webpage and cut it, and when I type a Web address in a
Text Edit document, can't turn it in to a live link. Anybody tell me how to do
this please? -

Hey Carol, I believe you might accidentally be closing all of mail when trying
to close an email. I occasionally do this as I leave my mail open all the time
on my desktop. A quick way to relaunch mail is having a keyboard commander for
mail. I use the z key with the modifier key I think option

I think that one possibility you have is:
Go to your link and hit Vo+u. You will here the Address spoken.
Then, Copy the last to clipboard with Vo+Shift+F3.
You can then go to your text document in Textedit and write something that
represent that link. For example: Super marquet page.
Just a comment on this.
When you want to copy the address of the page you ar in, just hit CMD+l, make a
copy command and the rest is the same.

example, somebody suggested doing command l to get a web page address, but for

Sometimes that will not for some reason work. You will know this as you will
bet instead of copy link and such, you will get back, and inspect element. I
have this problem on googles lot because of the way they coded the site so I
have to open the page and copy the link to the clip board.

The Copy link option in the contextual menu doesn't always work. It all depends
on how the page was coded. However, when on a link, VO-Shift-u will read the
actual link and VO-Shift-c will copy it to the clipboard. It was the Copy link
command that failed when I tried to give you

When you do command l, you get the address bar, so you can copy the content to
make it a link.
And to get a ling, not the address, just do vo+u and then copy the last to
clipboard and you have the link where it is addressed.

You can use vo j but that according to the key board help cycles between linked
items so you can use it to jump between the mail box and mail table for
example. I don't use it to jump between headers as i have those turned off. I
use cmd shift h then vo left to get to the headers section then
vo plus u brings up the rotor not the address thing. according to key board
help. I just looked and that's what it does, not reads the address. You are
thinking vo shift u. According to key board help it reads the current address
of the link you are on.

I don't know how to read them and i've been using computers for about 20 or so
years starting wihtt the apple 2e in 1987. Ok Im showing my age here but ah
well. You might not need them unless you want to write
