Hi Les and Patrick, thanks for the feedback. those aren't the problems we're having. For some reason, when we go to watch Netflix, we're are told that Apple TV is not connected to the internet. Sometimes it downloads about 2 seconds worth of content first, sometimes not.

Hi Donna, Have you contacted Apple or your internet provider? Something obviously isn't right as you shouldn't be getting that message. Not with Apple TV, but I've had occasional connection problems and unplugging and plugging in the router has fixed these types of issues.
