If you know the person's twitter name well enough, you can always type it
manually in the tweet edit box you can summon up with the button in
Notification Center. Or, you could copy/taste it from the tweet you just read.

One thing i really can't understand, though i've got a good explanation of
Twitter in ML is why we can't reply directly to mentions and DMs directly from
notification center? I mean what's the point of posting a tweet from the
Notification center only to have to go to our favorite twitter client
What I have to do is interact with the table, then the button is in there. An
odd place for it, but there it is. Maybe you didn't interact with the table?
