could only run a 32-bit kernel and 32-bit EFI or had non-discrete GPUs that
weren’t supported by 64-bit drivers. Hence you could well be able to run
64-bit Windows or another OS on a 2007 Mac, but not OS X.

i have recently installed windows on my mac using bootcamp.
i have noticed though that the volume isn't as loud in windows as it

audio, and all the sound volume etc in the control pannal is set to
100 percent.

Are these drivers for the Macbook? I have other drivers here that I gave to
someone else with a Macbook and that seemed to sort the problem out.
