I tested the alternator this morning and the it failed the test - under
load it was producing ~12.3V at 3000rpm. The wiring all looks very good. I
had fully charged the battery before running the test.
I filled out a Return Request around 8am and followed up with Tom

elements that will heat the oil to ~350F. Just about right for a

I have installed some waste oil furnaces in shops. They have an electric pre
heater to heat oil before the nossle. Additionally they use compressed air
(shop air) to aid in creating finer spray pattern. No gelling problem though
as that engine oil and transmission fluid stay liquid.

coolant exchanger which is found on a number of MB's with a coolant
