For what it's worth, I got something similar which I cured by booting in
safe mode and then running the System Restore. I know it's too late for you
this time but may help others.

Anyway, it is my intent to audition yet another antivirus program. My
first program was compromised--Zone Alarm, and now my second
one--Shield Deluxe Pro--went down as well.
Zone Alarm is not strictly an antivirus program. It does not look for

On my 300D, there is a pair of raised ridges on the bearing housing.
Bend a stiff wire that fits into the holes in the fan housing and use
those two ridges to hold the wire while unscrewing the 8mm bolt from

I got the bottom end buttoned back up. Got the head installed
today and torqued down. Next put the cam shaft back on and the
misc bits here and there then that engine will be ready to drop
back in. Planning on degreasing the engine bay and the engine as
they are both a horrible mess.
Go to harbor freight, they have the tool for less than $10.

If you pull the carpet up from the cargo area, you will see a large (3-4)
plastic plug or cap. Pry this up and you'll be looking at the top of the

Get a big crescent or channel lock pliers, and after you unplug the wiring
