Is it possible to install Win7 so that the primary boot / windows drive is named D: and the drive that doesn't have the O/S on it is named C:? My goal is to have all the stuff that wants to put itself on C: by default not land on the tiny SSD that I've got Windows installed on. Any ideas?

In Disk Manager you should be able to pick arbitrary drive assignments. (mmc, disk management) I just tried it in S2008r2, didn't complain that it wasn't allowed, at least. I can't promise everything will work but it should boot. You will still need to watch your installs, a lot of them are %Pro

Nope, as Max said. when you release the strut upper or lower connection, the LCA will extend down an inch or two. If you want to be a purist, put a jack under the LCA and let it down slowly until the spring is loose. Assembly is reverse. You can jack up the LCA while holding the spring and

If it is not the ground, then the OVP relay is the next suspect. Do you have another car with OVP you can swap? that is the easiest test. It is the way I like to test Klima relays too. Yeah, I know Nobody else's ever fail. But most of my cars with KLIMA relays have had KLIMAs that failed.
