Mac Tracker says, and OWC confirms that the iMac can use max 1gb dimm in each
slot for total of 2gb. The powermac has 8 slots, have to mount in pairs in
both. Powermac can use use 2gb dimms.

I can't recall how much fuel I had in the tank whenever I changed my fuel
filters, but I do know I always filled up the main filter with diesel or
some additives to ensure a smooth start. I used to use the clear
pre-filters to judge how clean my fuel was. Changing them no sooner than

I got the vacuum pump kit today, for the double-diaphragm style vacuum
pump on my 300SD.
Chassis job 43-625 calls for a "hinged pin spanner" which is used to
counterhold the diaphragm disc while tightening the center bolt.
Anyone know if this is strictly necessary? I could probably improvise

Nicks are in the case (outer), so RTV would certainly work except that MB says
"nien" for fear some excess will clog a piston-cooling oil jet.
Sleeve would be appropriate if the damage was worse.

Once the case was off, I pulled the old crank seal and cleaned up
the case, and found damage to the inner surface where the seal is
supposed to seal against the case (picture to follow). The are two
deep gouges, looks like some knuckle head really mucked it up.
