I just got 0.9.6 and noticed that when I open a new tab, it doesn't go
to my home page like it does when I start up Mozilla. I looked in the

2. Open a new tab.
3. Close a tab so that there is only 1 tab and tabs go away.
4. Try typing in URL bar
