Hello,
I seem to have a problem with setting up and moving custom views.
I tried to move one of my own views into the outline view and I cannot
seem to make it move up; I can only drop it into other views but not
place them above other views in the outline view group.
Am I missing something
Hello all =)
I just got the time to dive deep into the new version 4, which is very
promising to me.
Today I ran into some difficulties regarding recurring tasks. Please
forgive me if the following is not the best terminology, I do try to
learn mlo-nese ;) and I read your mails quite
Very well said! I must say I am also disappointed I cannot use gmail and
it sounded like this issue is not even on the to-do (one day) list.
I would like to add I'd rather see it fixed for the program than
implemented in the cloud, as I do not have any plans to use the cloud,
but could use

Alexandra,
did you also notice the error on sending a test mail through

Hello,
I could really use some advice on the sorting, I did read the concerning
manual paragraphs over and over again, tried several settings but it
does not sink in, unfortunately!
First of all, I switched to computed score now, because I figured it is
time I finally tried to make sense of
Hi nat, hi dwight,
hope it is ok if I just jump in and say yes dwight, please do
share the steps! I follow this question since I had a similar one
on my to-ask list, so I'd be very interested to find out how this
works.
Plus I have not found a really

Out of sheer curiousity, does that
#person'sname denote people in MLO? I am a complete newcomer to
both MLO and GTD and this caught my eye. I find it very intriguing
since I like the concept of contexts and being able to sort by
something like a person's name.
Oh I'd second that! Lisa is a real
wealth of good hints, ideas and advice when it comes to this
program :)
Gary, I am in the same spot as you. I fear there is no such guide
and I could also use some more "hands-on" hints with the program.
I for one am not
I cannot find my old message regarding this problem any more, please
forgive me. But I figured that both the users and developers would be
interested (hopefully) in my findings.
I set up a different mail account today and this time it did not crash
the entire program without any message, but
You know, it does not have a book ;)
Maybe just a compilation of Hints and Tips? I'm almost certain you
have seen that wiki when it was still alive, something similar,
compiled as a CHM or even just a simple html file - we could
distribute it strictly in the
Good evening,
unfortunately I had a very unpleasant problem with MLO:
Trying to learn more about the program, I saved my own file and opened a
blank new file to test some stuff that I read up in the manual.
There I detected that all (!) my conditional formatting was reset. I am
*certain* I did
".bak". Move them to a new name and give them the
.ml extension and see what happens when you open them.

MLO just crashed on my three times when I tried to send a test mail - I
am certain the server settings are correct though, since I took them
directly from my mail program.
Is there some kind of a debug log I could retrieve and send it to help
with the issue?
And many thanks again LISA for the
attempt to sent test message.

Good evening everyone :)
Since I am a brand new proud owner of a licensed copy of MLO pro now ;)
, I was trying to work my way through some more serious in-depth research.
Then I found this link on the official website which points to a wiki
for MLO - unfortunately the link is down and/or
Wow this looks amazing!!! I am already
almost certain this new version will suit some of my ideas for my
daily planning which I had been struggling in the past few days!
And I must say I am so happy about the very, very generous upgrade
policy - there is no
I was just at exactly that point today.

why parent tasks should not be active too. Working on a subtask to

Hello Lifer,
thank you so much for posting this question! Believe it or not, I
am exactly in the same spot and also hesitant to buy now. My main
concern is the trouble with wifi sync and, of course, the pending
major update.
I hate to sound like the
