1) Net-SNMP 5.5 binary version for WindowsXP (32 bit)
2) installing Active-Perl 5.10
3) I'm installing perl package( running ppm install NetSNMP.ppd) ,
After all the above steps when I execute mib2c I'm still getting the

Yes, you are correct!. The problem it reported was with mib files and I
had not made 'make install'
Through 'net-snmp-config --default-mibdirs' I came to know that, we need to
copy the mib files to
/usr/local/share/snmp/mibs [but, the mib files were in /usr/share/snmp/mibs]
