Just a Logitech mouse with the red light in it that requires no
mouseball, it has original USB plug, just plug I don't know
if it is really true USB mouse or winblows is supposed to

I keep trying to add items to the menus and then can't find the icon in the
list. But I can find the icon manually. So, I need to know where to copy the
icon too?

I have installed Mandrake 8.0. When I open Netscape, I have the following
error:
could not fdopen() the new stderr: Invalid argument
I click ok, then Netscape starts and work.
Why do I have this error? How can I correct the error?

I cannot get this sound card working.
It worked well with windows and suse, but now, I'm using mandrake and I
cannot make it work.
I found IRQ conflicts (soundcard-vga, soundcard-eth1, soundcard-usb), etc,
etc.
So, disabling usb I manage to not have conflicts.
But now, it doesn't work anyway.

The case that one cnot enter something with the keyboard is a known
problem of the Mandrake Control Center. It happens to me, too, but only
sometimes. If you close the Control Center or printerdrake and open it
again, it should normally work.
But as mentioned there are better alternatives

I think the commands begin as follows:

thanks to help and advise from this list I now have a working network install
of Star Office 5.2 I cannot however convince spadmin to set up the printer
for the network install. The printer being an HP Deskjet 520. On print test
page the busy light flashes once and that is all.

Hi Paul,
I had precisely the same problems some time ago. I always attributed it
to hardware incompatibilities. I bought a new mouse and the problem
went away. I ended up using the bad mouse with another machine and it
works fine though.
