I have installed ML in a machine that allready had XP installed on it. The XP
installation had some problems to say the least. It was 95% unusable. I was
hoping to install ML and use it to retrieve data from windows. I was able to
defragment XP and did manual partitioning When I installed ML.
Is it happenned after the login prompt? or when u
change from normal user to root?

Hmmm, since gkrellm now shows '0' users, I get this when trying to lauch
apps from the desktop, ie.. Eterm, Konqueror etcI can still start Eterm
from Gkrellm though as well as xmms. Any way to set this right other than
a reboot? This is apparently related to the '0' users. Had to reboot
