Yeah, had tried that. "Everything installed" was the response. Checked
rpmdrake, too, and definitely is installed. Thought of uninstalling and
reinstalling, but there's quite a few things would have to go with it (inc.
Nautilus). Maybe that's my only option.

Hmm, removing the tmdns service did seem to get rid of the 127.0.0.1
loopback address from popping up in /etc/resolv.conf.
But it still seems like a prolonged idle period of no network activity
still kills networking, even though "ifconfig etho" still shows the
interface as being up and correct

Hi,
Depending on which browser you use, you should be able to set a minimum font
size. I know that I had to set both Konqueror and Firefox to a minimum 13
point font.(my bad eyes).
If you can't find the font option, email back for exact instructions.

For Yahoo! Messenger you can use the search/find file util
it took me about a week to get the mandrake 10.1 i got it from linuxiso.org
they had a note on there site saying they been having programs but that is a

Recently, when I run several programs, most notably
Kate and Kmess, I receive an error message -
