Oops. It sounds like you forgot to run lilo after replacing the
vmlinuz file in the /boot directory. I made this mistake a few times
myself when I first started compiling my own kernels.
As for a repair, the only two methods I am aware of are:
1. Boot with a rescue disk, restore your boot
I have downloaded real audio 5 and the needed libs and run them thru
rpm. I didn't see any errors by I can't figure out how to run a ram
netscape does not automatically run them.
Any ideas??

I stuck "IMWheel -k" in my startup folder. By creating a kdelink and
dragging it in there. I gotta have my wheel! :)
