My update for this is... I have a lathe now. The bushings will no longer be
a problem. That shop bill ballooned to $150, I guess because they really
didn't want to cut bushings. I said "no thank you" and took my parts back.

Shop quote was pretty cheap, everything I need done was ~$80. That's for
two squared straight cuts on the frame, ~20 minutes of lathe work, and a
dip in the cleaning tank for everything.

The left side pivot bolt takes a 14mm allen bit. The right side is a 10mm
allen, and a 23/24mm or 1" deep socket can be cut down to make the tool for

Swingarm, shock knuckle, Sabre driveshaft and rear axle/collars all arrived
yesterday, right on schedule. Got refunded on the headlight bucket,
apparently it was crushed in an accident on the way to ship stuff. Not
upset, and definitely don't think this was a scam setup like some folks
have tried.
Eh, I've never been a fan of the naked twin eyeballs look. Either one big
round or a rectangular one like the stock unit.
