I am getting the following error when I try to access OTRS I am using MySQL as the backend DB, SUSE 9.1 for the OS, pointing to Active Directory for authentication access it seems like the user OTRS has lost access through my DB but I cannot seem to get it working I have rebooted the server

I did grant full permission to the mysql db from query browser, it seems as though I am still getting the permission error when I try to access it, however I did notice that on trying to reboot mysql it would not reboot ie: rcmysql restart it shuts down with no problems but when it tries to

hello let's supposed worker1 closes a ticket (TICKET1) sucessfully and his shift ends then worker2 starts answering tickets and the owner of TICKET1 answers it... he'll have an answer just when there's worker1 shift again... is there a way to worker1 to get notifications whilie it's his shift?
