I am trying to remove the quote characters when using the auto responder
feature for specific queues.
What I am trying to do is to run a script that generates emails that get
filtered into OTRS then forwards the ticket emails to the appropriate
users to follow up on (kind of the reverse of OTRS
Have a situation where I would like to un-merge two tickets.
Does anyone know if this is possible? A nudge in the correct direction?

Well, I eventually figured out what was going on
In the installation directory there's a file named "RELEASE", which had been
left untouched when upgrading the system. After replace this file with the
new RELEASE file (from version 2.2.3), everything went okay.

Just enter the ip address of the remote computer into your browser. E.g.
if the machine running otrs is 192.168.1.45, enter that ip into your
browser. Of course you also need to apply
Are you talking about browsing to OTRS i.e.
http://othermachine/otrs/index.pl
If you want to access the config files you'll have to use remote desktop.
