What Ive done is basically gone to search and look at open tickets, closed
tickets and do a search for what I need. I then export as a csv and throw it
into Excel.
It will display the following information by default:
TicketNumber Age Created State Priority Queue Lock Owner UserFirstname
We have encountered the following problem.
Some follow-ups do not reflect in OTRS - the system neither attach them
to a correspondent ticket nor creates a new one.
Nevertheless OTRS sends New ticket auto response with the wrong ticket
number (like 200812041901, while our SystemID is 20).

This seems to be a known error with Net::DNS version 0.60. You can use
otrs.checkModules to see what version you have installed currently.
The solution would be to upgrade Net::DNS to a version 0.60.
The current version of the module is 0.63.

Hi,
I wanted to switch from using ArticleStorageDB to ArticleStorageFS to

Oops! I mangled the line from my Config.pm. It's actually:
$Self-{TicketStorageModule} =
'Kernel::System::Ticket::ArticleStorageFS';
(as it would need to be)

I am relatively new to OTRS and perl. I have been configuring a OTRS
installation on a Windows 2003 Server, doing some tests and understanding
how it all works together. My latest tests are about ispell/aspell and
