Hi,
I have taken the major step of upgrading from OTRS 1.3.2 to the latest
version 2.2.4. This ran pretty smooth with the provided MySQL

to solve.
After the upgrade, I have A LOT of ticket escalations; such as

Thanks Leonardo,
I was able to create the folder.

There is a 32-bit version of Enterprise 2003 - your organizations

functionality was added somewhere along the way that OTRS was maturing

The escalation occurs as a function between how many

You can use the ppm (Programmer's Package Manager) tool to install missing
modules.
ppm can be run by typing ppm in a command prompt window. To install
the Net::POP3::SSLWrapper module type
install Net::POP3::SSLWrapper

believe 2.1.7 is a couple of years old though I can't say if that's
contributing to your issue.
