Hello you all!
I'd like to select a different theme and also custom fields for different
customers based on group information, that is, according to each company a
customer belongs to, a different customer.pl should be displayed.
Is there a way to do that?
Thank you,
Harry

Hello, you all!
I'd like to have OTRS installed on a perl-enabled hosting service... The
point is, there are Cron jobs which need to be performed... but my host
won't allow me to move around with server configurations How could I
proceed?
Which host would you recommend?

Helisandro,
That seems to be a problem with your database connection. Ensure the 'otrs'
user has appropriate access to the database.
Remember that by default the 'otrs' user has its password as 'hot'.
Best wishes,

Yes, it did.
Can't answer it though. Maybe if you use the Lite theme, pages will display
in a more readable fashion. Worst case: have you own built :)

Hello, man!
I've come across this issued upon trying to install that on my WAMP
environment. That's because the default OTRS log mode is "SysLog", which
would fine if it was a LAMP system.
You should add the following lines to you Config.pm

Hello,
To do that, you must create your own company theme and change the
corresponding css and .dtl files. That's no hard task. Refer the the Admin
and Developer OTRS Manual. There's comprehensive information on such topics
in there.
Still, some companies provide out-of-box themes for installatio

Within the next few days, I'll be *trying* to install OTRS on a Desktop

Once more thanks!

Is there a way to have shared responsability tickets? I mean, in my company
we frequently have an situation in which two agents are in charge of
handling a customer request.
Has anyone ever done that?

Hello, Everyone!
I've installed OTRS on a Debian-based Linux Distro and, fortunately,
everythings goes okay (so far), except for a delay I get when performing an
operation which relies on e-mail sending functionality, like answering a
customer ticket. I run it on a MS Exchange Server, in an intran

Has anyone ever experienced this kind of problem? Where is OTRS version

Hello, everyone!
I've searched all through the Web for instructions regarding the
OTRS upgrade in a Linux environment. I was unsuccessful, though.
Could anyone tell me where is this information to be found?
My OTRS is currently installed on a Debian System, and was setup with a
debian package.
Hello, everyone!
Is there a way to prevent that annoying alert box saying "Ticket selected
for bulk action" everytime a ticket is selected?
I don't know about you, but that really pisses me off...

Has anyone got to do that?

I've installed OTRS in my company and the incoming e-mails get deleted after
they're fetched. Is there a way to prevent that from happening? The manual
doesn't address this issue and I'd like to keep a copy of all e-mails within
the mailbox.
