Could this be an issue with mysql 4.1? I tried upgrading mysql from 4.1.18 to 4.1.22 and tried the dbupgrade to 2.3 for otrs and it fails with the same errors at the exact same lines...either a limitation in mysql 4.1 or a setting that I don't have enabled. I looked at the software reqs for otrs 2.

This threw me off too way back when I installed otrs 2.0.4 many moons ago...perhaps a nice way to make it easier so others don't make same mistake(and keep asking same question) is to have some bold italicized text that say "Make sure to SELECT all queues otherwise you won't receive notifications".
