I don't think it's possible from within OTRS. But you can always access the
database (use a read-only connection) and pull the relevant data yourself.

Hi,
I need to create a stats report that would tell me the number of replies in
specified queues. Not only the number of solved tickets, but literally the
number of replies - eg. if it takes 4 replies to close a ticket I need the
number 4 for that ticket, not count it as 1.
Is this possible?

I would be so happy if you can help

Hi Jurjen,
You'll have to activate it in SysConfig:
Framework - Frontend::Agent::Stats = Stats::UseAgentElementInStats = yes
This is because OTRS is by origin German, and in Germany it can be forbidden to

Hi all,
At the end of the day ... I'd like to know, what I've done. Is there
any way to print all changes for a specific day - created / changed
documents (notes, new tickets ...). It would be great to have some kind
of a preview, i.e showing header and 5 to 10 lines.
Thanks
