If you are running under windows, make sure the user that Apache is running as
has permissions to the file server.
Go to control panel services, right click on Apache -> properties -> logon tab.
Set a user in here.

The programmer is not here this week, I will look with him next week about this
code giving.
Nothing is finished now (still in "Proof of concept" mode), but it is already

not in DB but in filesystem, where are much easier to delete. It's at Ticket ->
Core::Ticket and it's called Ticket::StorageModule ;)
