I'am very interested into the ITSM Package of OTRS.
I have now installed the latest packages and took a look into the
solution.
First of all thanks for your huge work.
I miss some functions.
1.) Handl & maintain Contracts
2.) Contracts <=> SLA connections
3.) Sign a pdf => m

I'm customizing the appearance of OTRS 1.3.2 using a new theme, so I
can
have a different "look&feel". My experience doing this is good so far, just a
bit tricky
sometimes.
