I try to find the meaning of the Time Units however i didn't find the route
Ticket::Frontend::TimeUnits, in the SysConfig.
Two questions:
Why i can't see the item Ticket::Frontend::TimeUnits?
What's means TimeUnits?
I use The version 2.4.7, under debian

Yes.. It's used for reporting. I've spent a lot of time the last few
weeks figuring this one out. You can take a look at otrs manager , this
is a sourceforge project. It produces neat reports. Or, you can query
stuff in the database from a php script or something. It takes some time
to dig tro

When you close a ticket there is a field called 'Time Units' - does this
appear on the reporting anywhere?
The reports in 'Stats' seem to deal with total time of tickets - i.e when
they arrive and when they are closed - but this is slightly less relevant to
us as we want to see how long

Hi,
I'd like to "expand" the "Time Units" field when handling tickets.
My users have a need to distinguish between normal time used on a ticket and
overtime used.
(for billing and statistical purposes, for example)
I'm imagining that it's a fairly simple thing to do, but i have no idea how

You can account time on a ticket. To see the total accounetd time
look at the ticket zoom view.
