I tried that new code and it still gives me a server 500 error when I
try to go to the response page. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
I have tried putting the code before and after the 1;

Hi Christian,
It is at this link : http://doc.otrs.org/1.3/en/html/configfile-responsef.html
Which is actually for version 1.3, but I couldn't find a newer version
so I assumed it was right!
As for the other problem - I am just stupid and selected the wrong
auto responder, so it wasn't sending

Hi Guys,
Sorry to be pretty much spamming everyone with questions, but these
are the last two for a while, I promise!!
The first problem is with the autoresponders. This is the script that

I have two questions.
1) We have only a few queues set up. Basically, one is called L1 and
another L2 with sub-queues under L2. We have level 1 helpdesk personnel
set up so that they can only create issues in the L1 queue. They can
move them into L2 queues, but that's it.

I have two questions.
