like nothing to setup.
I install the program Rom Transfer in the Palm then connect it to cradle. at
the palm, run the ROM transfer program & select the transfer speed
(115200bps)

I am having trouble recreating an error reported by a user of my app which
makes me think that the problem may be an environmental problem. I am
considering asking them to download a rom image for me.
Would the image include all the devices settings or would it just be a image
of the os??
