Correct. 'Lines per Millimetre' is the way Kodak described the resolution of
their plates. Those we used for high resolution work resolved about 1200
lines per millimetre. The Holographic plates were much better and more
expensive. Now that I've thought about this a little our Kern Switars may
have

Yes I have a Olympus SP rangefinder with a superb 42mm F1.7
F-Zuiko (7 element!) lens on it ( Poor mans Leica? ) that regretfully I

used in ages. Olympus did a whole bunch of RF cameras with

Indeed a nice machine, Lon. I have always been reluctant to use a
ME-Super or a Super-Program because of their annoying speed selection
system. Ricoh made access to speeds in a user friendly way with the
XR auto cameras. But Pentax is pardoned because it managed to put it
back on AF cameras

out to see if I could scrape together some sort of a shot. I made a few
early morning trips out to the river, and wound up trying a panoramic shot
you need to try some panorama software to see if they will make life easier
enough for you to use them.

My MZ5 has served as a loyal worktool since 1996 without any problems.
However a few weeks ago the AF started malfunctioning, and I've only been using it as
a manual camera.
When turning the camera on there will be a one slow autofocussing, and then there is
no AF response when pressing the shutt
